Simple Slow Cooker Chili

Simple Slow Cooker Chili is one of my favorite dishes to make when I want something hearty without spending all day in the kitchen. Just brown that beef, season it up, and let your slow cooker do all the work while you go about your day.

What makes this chili so special is how the salsa and chili powder work together to build such wonderful, deep flavors as everything simmers low and slow. The tomatoes add brightness and body, creating a rich sauce that tastes like it’s been cooking for hours when it really hasn’t.

This is the kind of comfort food that brings everyone to the table, and I love how it fills the house with such a cozy aroma. I’ve made it for church potlucks and family gatherings countless times, and there’s always an empty pot by the end of the day.

Ingredients
  

  • 0.125 ounce Beef
  • 22 ounce Salsa
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef, season with a little salt and pepper.
  • Put beef and remaining ingredients in slow cooker and let it simmer on low for 2.5 hours.
