Fast and Easy Bake Muffins
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 120 g White Flour
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 100 ml Milk
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise and sugar in a bowl, then sift in half of the flour and baking powder.
- Stir in the milk, mix in the rest of the dry ingredients, then pour into the mold.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180C to 200C (356 to 392 F).
- For curry flavoring: Sift in 2 teaspoons curry powder with the dry ingredients.
- I recommend adding some cheese or mixed vegetables, too!
