Chipped Beef Bake — Gran Cooks

Chipped Beef Bake

Chipped Beef Bake is one of those comforting dishes that takes me back to simpler times in the kitchen. It’s hearty, it’s satisfying, and it never fails to bring folks back for seconds.

What makes this recipe so special is the way those soft celery and onions create such a lovely foundation when you cook them down in good olive oil. The creamy milk sauce, thickened with just a bit of flour, brings everything together into pure comfort on a plate.

This is the kind of dish I’ve made for my family gatherings for years, and it always reminds everyone of home. There’s something about sharing a warm bake like this that brings people closer around the dinner table.
