- 1 cup Celery
- 1 cup Onions
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cup Milk
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.66666666666667 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 0.5 pound Beef
- 0.5 cup Olives
- 0.66666666666667 cup Delallo
- 2 tablespoon Butter
Cook celery and onion in oil until soft.
Stir in flour.
Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat and add pepper, salt, cheese, beef, and olives.
Put into a casserole dish.
Mix bread crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with buttered noodles.
