Tangy Caesar Salad — Gran Cooks

Tangy Caesar Salad

Tangy Caesar Salad is one of my go-to dishes when I want something fresh and satisfying that comes together in a jiffy. It’s the kind of salad that makes everyone at the table feel special, dear.

The secret to this salad is balancing that creamy Caesar dressing with a good squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a generous crack of black pepper—it brings out flavors in a way that store-bought versions just can’t match. Those crispy homemade croutons and a shower of real Parmesan cheese make all the difference, too.

I’ve served this salad at countless family dinners, and it always reminds me of simpler times when good food and good company were all we needed. My grandchildren still ask me to make it whenever they visit, and that just fills my heart right up.
