Chili Lime Glaze

The Chili Lime Glaze is one of those magical little sauces that transforms whatever you brush it on into something truly special, honey. It comes together in minutes, and I promise you’ll find yourself reaching for it again and again.

What makes this glaze so wonderful is how the sweet syrups play beautifully with the salty soy sauce and bright lime juice, while the chili powder and garlic powder add just the right kick of flavor. There’s no fussing around—you simply mix everything together in a small saucepan and you’ve got yourself a glaze that works on chicken, pork, shrimp, or vegetables.

I love serving dishes glazed with this over rice or noodles, and watching my family’s faces light up when they taste that perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and tangy. It’s become a go-to for weeknight dinners and potlucks alike, and honestly, it never fails to impress.
