Cheesy Sausage Meatballs

Cheesy Sausage Meatballs are one of my favorite little bites to whip up when I want something that feels special but doesn’t fuss me too much in the kitchen. These golden, savory morsels are perfect for any occasion, whether you’re feeding hungry grandchildren or bringing a dish to share.

What makes these meatballs so delicious is the wonderful combination of seasoned pork, creamy cheddar cheese, and hearty quinoa all bound together with just a touch of cornstarch. The black pepper adds a nice little kick that keeps folks coming back for more, and baking them means your hands stay clean and they cook up evenly.

I love setting out a big platter of these when the grandkids come over—they disappear faster than you can blink! There’s something about a warm, cheesy meatball that brings everyone together around the table, and I always find myself making a double batch so there are leftovers.
