Caraway Coleslaw is one of my favorite dishes to bring to a potluck or family gathering—it’s got such a lovely tang and those wonderful caraway seeds that make it truly special. My friends always ask me for the recipe, and I’m always happy to share it with them.
What makes this coleslaw so delicious is the perfect balance of apple cider vinegar and a touch of sugar, which gives it that bright, crisp flavor that just wakes up your taste buds. The caraway seeds are the real star here, dear—they add such a distinctive, warm flavor that sets this apart from any ordinary coleslaw.
I love serving this alongside hearty meats and potatoes at family dinners, and it never fails to disappear from the table. My grandchildren have grown up enjoying this dish at our summer barbecues, and now they ask for it by name whenever they visit.
