Ingredients
  

  • 5 pound Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cube potatoes.
  • Boil in salted water until easily crushed with a fork.
  • Heat cream and butter gently in saucepan until butter melts, pour into large bowl.
  • Put potatoes through ricer into the bowl, mix gently.
