Traditional Mashed Potatoes-Holiday Version
Ingredients
- 5 pound Potatoes
- 0.5 cup Butter
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Boil in salted water until easily crushed with a fork.
- Heat cream and butter gently in saucepan until butter melts, pour into large bowl.
- Put potatoes through ricer into the bowl, mix gently.
