Spaghetti Sauce W/Meat is one of those dishes that fills your kitchen with the most wonderful aroma, and I’ve been making it for decades. It’s simple, honest cooking that brings everyone to the dinner table with smiles on their faces.
What makes this sauce so special is the way the beef browns beautifully with that minced garlic, creating a rich foundation that no store-bought jar could ever match. The combination of fresh tomatoes and tomato sauce simmered together creates a depth of flavor that tastes like it took hours, but comes together so much faster than you’d think.
I’ve served this over spaghetti at countless family dinners, and it’s always the first thing the grandchildren ask for when they come visit. There’s something about a homemade meat sauce that says “I love you” better than almost anything else I can cook.
