Coleslaw With Tarragon-Mustard Dressing is one of my favorite ways to brighten up a summer table, and I just know you’ll love how easy it comes together. The tangy, herbaceous dressing makes this coleslaw so much more interesting than the usual mayonnaise-heavy versions you see at potlucks.
What makes this recipe truly special is that creamy yogurt-based dressing—it’s lighter than traditional coleslaw but still wonderfully rich, and that tarragon gives it such an elegant, sophisticated flavor that your guests will be asking about. The shallots add a gentle onion sweetness, and the mustard brings just the right amount of zing to make every bite sing.
This is the kind of dish I love to bring to family gatherings because it complements just about anything—grilled chicken, fish, or a simple sandwich. My grandchildren always go back for seconds, and more than once I’ve had a daughter-in-law ask me to teach her how to make it!
