Slow Cooker Kansas City Pulled Pork BBQ is one of my favorite dishes to make when I want to feed a crowd without spending all day in the kitchen. This beautiful, tender pulled pork practically cooks itself while you go about your day, and the Kansas City-style sauce makes it absolutely irresistible.
What makes this recipe truly special is that perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors from the catsup, brown sugar, and mustard that meld together so wonderfully while the pork gets fall-apart tender in the slow cooker. There’s no fussing or babying this dish—just set it and forget it, and you’ll have restaurant-quality barbecue right at home.
I love serving this at family gatherings because everyone always comes back for seconds, and it brings such joy to the table. There’s something about homemade pulled pork that makes people smile, and I cherish those moments when my loved ones are gathered around enjoying food made with love.
