Easy Shrimp Scampi Bake

Easy Shrimp Scampi Bake is one of my favorite dishes to whip up when I want something elegant but not fussy. It comes together so quickly, and your family will think you’ve been in the kitchen all day!

What makes this recipe truly special is how the butter, garlic, and fresh lemon juice meld together into the most wonderful sauce that coats every succulent shrimp. The mustard adds just a subtle tang that brings all those flavors into perfect harmony, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley finishes it off beautifully.

I love serving this over a bed of rice or with crusty bread to soak up every last drop of that glorious sauce. It’s the kind of dish that brings everyone to the table smiling, and I’ve made it countless times for my family gatherings—it never fails to impress.
