Great Potato Soup Recipe

Oh honey, this Great Potato Soup Recipe is one of my absolute favorites to make on a chilly day when the whole family needs warming up from the inside out. There’s something so comforting about a big pot of homemade potato soup simmering on the stove, filling your kitchen with the most wonderful aroma.

What makes this soup so special is how it starts with the basics — fresh potatoes, celery, and onions simmered together until they’re tender and full of flavor. Then a little butter and flour work their magic to create a creamy, hearty soup that tastes like pure love in a bowl.

I love serving this soup with crusty bread and watching my grandchildren come back for seconds and thirds. It’s the kind of dish that brings everyone to the table, and I’ve made it so many times that it’s become a cherished memory we all share together.
