Strawberry Overnight Oats

Strawberry Overnight Oats is one of my favorite make-ahead breakfasts to whip up when I want something nourishing waiting for me in the morning. You simply mix everything together the night before, pop it in the fridge, and wake up to a delicious, ready-to-eat meal!

What makes this recipe so special is how the oats soak up all that creamy yogurt and milk, becoming perfectly tender while the strawberries and bananas add natural sweetness and nutrition. Those little seeds sprinkled on top give you a delightful crunch that makes every spoonful more interesting.

I love preparing these jars on Sunday evenings so my grandchildren have grab-and-go breakfasts all week long, and there’s something wonderful about seeing their faces light up when they remember there’s a treat waiting in the fridge. It’s such an easy way to start the day off right together.
