Red Green Cole Slaw for Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup Catsup
- 0.33333333333333 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2.5 pound Cabbage
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Add the cabbage and toss until well coated.
- The slaw can be made several hours in advance and kept covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
