Red Green Cole Slaw for Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Red Green Cole Slaw for Pulled Pork Sandwiches is one of my go-to recipes when I’m serving up a crowd-pleasing meal. This tangy, colorful slaw is the perfect topping that just makes those pulled pork sandwiches sing with flavor!

What makes this slaw so special is the wonderful balance of sweet and tangy from the catsup and apple cider vinegar—it’s a combination that just can’t be beat. The beauty of this recipe is in its simplicity; you just whisk together a few pantry staples and toss them with fresh cabbage for a side dish that’s ready in no time.

I love bringing this slaw to family gatherings and potlucks because it’s always a hit with young and old alike. There’s something so satisfying about watching everyone pile their pulled pork sandwiches high with this colorful slaw—it brings folks back to the table for seconds every single time.
