Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup Oats
  • 1 tablespoon Seeds
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tablespoon Almonds

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or jar combine the oats, seeds, milk and cinnamon and mix well.
  • Top with the frozen raspberries and almonds and leave to sit in the fridge overnight, or until ready to use.
  • The mixture without any toppings can be stored for up to 5 days in the fridge.
