Pumpkin Waffles
Ingredients
- 2.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 0.33333333333333 cup Brown Sugar
- 2.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 pinch Cloves
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 0.2 ounce Pumpkin
- 2 cup Milk
- 0.33333333333333 cup Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron (stovetop or electric).
- Mine needs about ten minutes to heat up fully.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin until smooth, then add milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Mix carefully to avoid splashing until fully combined.
- Add the dry ingredients in two batches, making sure no dry spots are left behind.
- Cook until slightly crispy.
- They taste wonderful with bananas, jam, and maple syrup.
