2.5 cup All-Purpose Flour 0.33333333333333 cup Brown Sugar 2.5 teaspoon Baking Powder 0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda 1 pinch Salt 2 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Ginger 1 pinch Cloves 1 pinch Nutmeg 0.2 ounce Pumpkin 2 cup Milk 0.33333333333333 cup Olive Oil 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat waffle iron (stovetop or electric).
Mine needs about ten minutes to heat up fully.
In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin until smooth, then add milk, oil, and vanilla.
Mix carefully to avoid splashing until fully combined.
Add the dry ingredients in two batches, making sure no dry spots are left behind.
Cook until slightly crispy.
They taste wonderful with bananas, jam, and maple syrup.
