Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.33333333333333 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 pinch Cloves
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 0.2 ounce Pumpkin
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 0.33333333333333 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle iron (stovetop or electric).
  • Mine needs about ten minutes to heat up fully.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin until smooth, then add milk, oil, and vanilla.
  • Mix carefully to avoid splashing until fully combined.
  • Add the dry ingredients in two batches, making sure no dry spots are left behind.
  • Cook until slightly crispy.
  • They taste wonderful with bananas, jam, and maple syrup.
