Orange Glazed Salmon — Gran Cooks
Side Dish

Orange Glazed Salmon

Orange Glazed Salmon is one of those beautiful dishes that looks fancy enough for company but comes together so easily in your own kitchen. The bright citrus glaze caramelizes perfectly on the salmon, giving you a restaurant-quality dinner that your loved ones will absolutely adore.

What makes this recipe truly special is that wonderful combination of marmalade and fresh orange juice, sweetened with just a touch of mustard and warming ginger. These flavors work together like a symphony, creating a glaze that’s both tangy and rich, and so much more interesting than plain old lemon butter.

I love serving this salmon with roasted vegetables or a simple green salad, and watching my family’s faces light up when they taste it. This is the kind of dish that makes everyone feel like you’ve spent all day in the kitchen, when really you’ve just used a little love and a few quality ingredients.
