Double Fudge Brownie Mix
Ingredients
- 2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Pecans
- 1 cup Spartan
Instructions
- In a 1 quart or 1 liter jar, layer the ingredients in the order listed.
- Attach a tag with the following instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Grease and flour a 9×13 inch pan.
- In the large bowl of an electric mixer, cream 1 cup butter or margarine, softened.
- Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add Brownie Mix and beat until smooth.
- Spread into greased pan and bake 40 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center, comes out clean.
