Ingredients
  

  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.5 cup Peas
  • 0.5 cup Corn
  • 0.5 cup Red Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Terra Dolce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 min.
  • or just until tender.
  • Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  • Drain potatoes well.
  • Add to sour cream mixture; mix lightly.
  • Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
