Chicken Soup is one of those recipes that warms your heart as much as it warms your belly, dearie. It’s simple, honest cooking at its very best, and I’ve made it countless times for my family.
What makes this soup so special is how the olive oil carries all those beautiful flavors, while the fresh lemon juice brightens everything up just perfectly. The chicken becomes so tender and flavorful, and with just a touch of salt and black pepper, you let those quality ingredients shine through without any fussing.
I love serving this to my grandchildren on chilly evenings, watching their little faces light up as they take that first spoonful. There’s something about sharing a bowl of homemade Chicken Soup that brings us all closer together, and I hope it becomes a cherished memory in your family too.
