Caramel Apple Bread Pudding is one of my favorite ways to turn simple ingredients into something truly special. This warm, comforting dessert has been a family favorite for years, and I just know you’ll love it too.
What makes this recipe so wonderful is how the applesauce keeps everything moist and tender, while the brown sugar creates that lovely caramel flavor throughout. The egg substitute and vanilla work together beautifully to create a custard that’s just as rich as the traditional version.
I love serving this straight from the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and watching my grandchildren’s faces light up with pure joy. It’s the kind of dish that brings everyone to the table and fills the house with the most delightful aroma.
