Brew House Baby Back Ribs

Brew House Baby Back Ribs are going to become your new favorite way to impress family and friends at dinner time. These tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs have such a wonderful depth of flavor that folks always ask me for the recipe.

What makes these ribs so special is the unique dry rub that combines brown sugar and cocoa powder with warming spices like garlic and onion powder. That touch of cocoa adds a subtle richness that makes people wonder what your secret ingredient is, and you can smile knowing it’s right there in plain sight.

I love serving these ribs with crusty bread to soak up every last bit of that delicious coating, and watching my grandchildren dive in with pure joy on their faces. These are the kinds of meals that bring everyone around the table together, and that’s what cooking is really all about.
