Barbeque Pulled Pork is one of those wonderful dishes that does most of the work for you, sweetie. Just set it and forget it in your trusty crockpot, and before you know it, you’ll have the most tender, flavorful meat that’ll make everyone at your table smile.
The magic is in that beautiful sauce made from catsup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard that creates the most delicious caramelized coating. A little black pepper adds just the right amount of spice to keep things interesting, and the slow cooking method makes even an affordable cut of pork fall apart like butter.
This is the kind of dish I make when the whole family’s coming over because it feeds a crowd and keeps everyone happy. My grandchildren always ask for seconds, and there’s something so special about watching loved ones gathered around the table, enjoying something made with these simple, honest ingredients.
