Angie’s Popular Green Bean Casserole

Angie’s Popular Green Bean Casserole is one of those dishes that always brings folks running to the table with their forks ready! I’ve made this casserole countless times, and it never fails to disappear faster than you can say “seconds, please.”

What makes this casserole so special is the creamy yogurt base combined with a touch of butter and flour that creates the most comforting sauce you ever did taste. The caramelized onions add such a lovely sweetness, and just a pinch of sugar brings all those flavors together in perfect harmony.

This is the kind of dish I love bringing to potlucks and family gatherings because everyone asks for the recipe. My grandchildren have grown up watching me prepare this, and now they’re making it in their own kitchens—and that just fills my heart with joy.
