Super Easy Chocolate Pancakes or Waffles are one of my favorite quick breakfast treats to whip up for the grandkids on a lazy weekend morning. With just a few simple ingredients mixed together, you’ll have them asking for seconds before you know it!
What makes these so special is how the cocoa powder and sugar blend right into the pancake mix, giving you that rich chocolate flavor without any fuss. The walnuts add a wonderful crunch and nuttiness that makes each bite feel just a little bit fancy, even though you’re barely breaking a sweat in the kitchen.
I love serving these warm off the griddle with a drizzle of maple syrup and a dollop of whipped cream, and watching the little ones’ faces light up is pure joy. These pancakes have become such a cherished part of our family’s weekend traditions, and now I’m so happy to share them with you.
