Oatmeal Cookies are one of my all-time favorites to bake when the grandkids come visiting. There’s something so comforting about the wholesome oats and warm honey in every bite.
What makes these cookies truly special is how simple they are to make—just toss your oats, flour, honey, milk, and olive oil right into the KitchenAid and let it do the work for you. The honey gives them a natural sweetness and lovely golden color that store-bought cookies just can’t match.
I love sharing these warm from the oven with a cold glass of milk, and watching the faces of my grandchildren light up never gets old. These cookies have become our little tradition on Sunday afternoons.
