Maple Glazed Salmon [ or Trout ] is one of my go-to dishes when I want something that looks fancy but comes together in a snap. The beautiful glaze caramelizes right in the oven, making your kitchen smell absolutely heavenly.
What makes this recipe so special is that simple glaze—just maple syrup, mustard, and soy sauce whisked together to create a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory. The magic happens when you brush it on the fish and let the oven do all the work for you.
I love serving this to family on weeknight dinners or when we have guests, because everyone always asks for the recipe. My grandchildren come running to the table when they see this golden, glossy fish on their plates, and it reminds me that the best meals are the ones we share together.
