Cinnamon Chicken Salad is one of my favorite dishes to bring to potlucks and family gatherings because it’s so different from what everyone expects! The warm spices mixed with creamy goodness just make people come back for seconds, I promise you.
What makes this salad truly special is the beautiful combination of cinnamon and ginger dancing together with a creamy base of mayonnaise and yogurt—it’s like a warm hug on a plate. The vanilla extract ties everything together so elegantly, and the chicken becomes so tender and flavorful when it’s tossed with these wonderful ingredients.
I love serving this at family dinners because it always sparks conversations—folks are so curious about what that delicious spiced flavor is! My grandchildren ask for it by name now, and I always make extra knowing it’ll disappear faster than I can set it on the table.
