Lazy Garlic Parmesan Risotto is one of my favorite dishes to make when I want something creamy and comforting without spending all day in the kitchen. This recipe proves that you don’t need to stand over the stove stirring constantly to make a delicious risotto that your family will absolutely love.
What makes this risotto so special is how the garlic powder infuses every grain of rice with rich, savory flavor, while the Parmesan cheese creates that luxurious creaminess we all crave. The beauty of this lazy version is that it lets the oven do most of the work for you, so you can relax while dinner practically makes itself.
I love serving this as a main course on busy weeknights, or as a elegant side dish when the grandchildren come over for Sunday dinner. There’s something wonderful about watching everyone’s faces light up when they taste how tender and creamy each bite is—they never believe me when I tell them how simple it was to make.
