Healthy Tofu Brownies are such a wonderful way to sneak something nutritious into a treat that everyone loves! I’ve been making these for years now, and they’re always the first thing to disappear from the dessert table.
What makes these brownies so special is that creamy tofu base paired with applesauce—it keeps them moist and fudgy without all the butter and eggs you’d normally use. The cocoa powder and brown sugar give you that deep, rich chocolate flavor that tastes absolutely decadent.
I love bringing a pan of these to family gatherings because they’re perfect for sharing with folks who are watching what they eat, and honestly, nobody can tell they’re made with tofu! My grandchildren ask for the recipe all the time, which just fills my heart with joy.
