Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounce Tofu
  • 0.25 cup Applesauce
  • 0.75 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.75 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.25 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 cup Spartan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Spray your brownie pan with cooking spray.
  • Place tofu, applesauce, sugar and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • In a medium bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
  • Add tofu mixture and stir until well combined and smooth.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into your brownie pan (batter will be very thick).
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Let cool completely before serving.
