- 12 ounce Tofu
- 0.25 cup Applesauce
- 0.75 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.75 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 0.25 cup Cocoa Powder
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 0.5 cup Spartan
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Spray your brownie pan with cooking spray.
Place tofu, applesauce, sugar and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
In a medium bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
Add tofu mixture and stir until well combined and smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into your brownie pan (batter will be very thick).
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool completely before serving.
