The Grilled Reuben Burger is a wonderful twist on a classic sandwich that’ll have your whole family asking for seconds! I love making these hearty patties because they’re so flavorful and satisfying, with that special something that makes everyone wonder what your secret is.
What makes this recipe truly special is how I blend the savory bacon and parmesan cheese right into the beef patties themselves, along with just a hint of caraway seed for that authentic Reuben flavor. The onions and water keep everything moist and tender, so you get a burger that’s juicy every single time you bite into it.
I serve these beauties hot off the grill with all the classic Reuben toppings, and they never fail to bring smiles to the dinner table. My grandchildren have grown up asking me to make these for their birthday cookouts, and now they’re making them for their own friends!
