Golden Saffron Pound Cake

Golden Saffron Pound Cake is one of my most treasured recipes, dear ones, and I’m so excited to share it with you today. This beautiful cake brings together the warmth of saffron with the comfort of a classic pound cake that’ll have your whole family asking for seconds.

What makes this recipe truly special is the delicate saffron infused right into the batter, giving it that gorgeous golden color and subtle floral note that you just can’t replicate any other way. The combination of creamy yogurt and canola oil keeps the cake wonderfully moist, while the warm milk helps release all those precious saffron flavors.

I love serving this cake at family gatherings because it’s such a conversation starter — everyone wants to know what that special something is that makes it so lovely and different. This is the kind of cake that brings people together around the table, and that’s what home cooking is all about.
