Chili Cashew Party Mix is one of my go-to recipes when I need something quick and delicious to bring to gatherings. This warm, spiced snack always disappears faster than I can bake it!
What makes this recipe so special is how the butter carries those wonderful chili flavors right into every cashew and cereal piece. The secret is toasting everything together at just the right temperature so it gets perfectly crispy and golden without burning.
I love watching my grandchildren’s faces light up when they smell this coming out of the oven. It’s the kind of simple treat that brings everyone together, and I’ve made it at every family gathering for years now.
