Cheeseburger Meatloaf is one of my favorite dishes to make when I want to bring that classic burger flavor to the dinner table in a whole new way. It’s hearty, it’s satisfying, and honestly, it reminds me of simpler times when a good homemade meal was all any of us needed.
What makes this recipe so special is how it combines ground beef with those wonderful Delallo ingredients and fresh onions to create something that tastes just like your favorite cheeseburger, but in meatloaf form. The flavors meld together beautifully as it bakes, and the cheese gets all melty and delicious throughout.
I love serving this to my family on a weeknight because it’s the kind of dish that brings everyone to the table with smiles on their faces. There’s something about watching the grandchildren take that first bite and realize it tastes like a burger that just warms this old heart right up.
