Blueberry Overnight Oats is one of my favorite make-ahead breakfasts to have waiting in the fridge when you wake up hungry. Just mix everything together the night before, and you’ll have a delicious, nutritious breakfast ready to enjoy without any fussing around in the morning.
What makes this recipe so special is how the oats soak up all those creamy yogurt and milk flavors overnight, becoming so tender and satisfying. The whey protein powder sneaks in extra nutrition, while the blueberries and seeds add lovely bursts of flavor and texture that make every spoonful feel like a little treat.
I love preparing a big batch of these on Sunday nights so my grandchildren can grab a jar and head out the door to school. There’s something wonderful about knowing they’re starting their day with such wholesome, homemade goodness instead of rushing through breakfast.
