- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 0.25 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon Ginger
- 0.5 teaspoon Cloves
- 1 cup Raisins
In saucepan, heat 1/2 c. butter.
Add in one beaten egg and 1/4 c. molasses.
Add in liquid mix to dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop by tsp.
on greased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
Makes about 3 dozen small cookies.
