- 0.25 cup Pumpkin
- 0.25 cup Honey
- 0.5 cup Peanut Butter
- 0.75 cup Oats
- 1 tablespoon Seeds
- 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon Pumpkin
In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, honey and peanut butter.
Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
Stir well.
Using a small spoon or scoop, roll into 16 balls.
Set them on a plate.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until firm.
