2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon Black Pepper 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Soak pot roast/ribs oververnight in mararinade, then roast, broil, grill however long depending upon how well done you like your meat.
Me, rare, so I tend to just wave a lighter at it and eat.
Serve with horseradish!
