Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Soak pot roast/ribs oververnight in mararinade, then roast, broil, grill however long depending upon how well done you like your meat.
  • Me, rare, so I tend to just wave a lighter at it and eat.
  • Serve with horseradish!
