2 tablespoon Onions 2 tablespoon Red Pepper 0.5 cup Egg Substitute 0.25 cup Cheddar Cheese 0.25 teaspoon Garlic Powder 2 tablespoon Salsa 1 tablespoon Basil 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Spray a nonstick skillet with pam.
Add onions and peppers to pan and saute for about 3 minutes.
Combine the next 6 ingredients in a bowl.
Add egg mixture to pan and scramble until completely cooked.
You can serve with some additional cheese, salsa, or sour cream if you prefer.
