Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup Oats
  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.25 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Egg Substitute
  • 0.75 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake oats in a single layer in a shallow pan 10 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring after 5 minutes.
  • Let cool on a wire rack 10 minutes.
  • Process oats in a blender or food processor 30 seconds or until finely ground.
  • Sift together flours, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl; stir in ground oats.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, applesauce, and honey in a medium bowl; gently stir in oat mixture.
  • Cook batter in a preheated, sprayed waffle iron until golden.
