0.5 cup Oats 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour 0.25 cup All-Purpose Flour 0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder 0.25 teaspoon Salt 0.25 cup Egg Substitute 0.75 cup Milk 2 tablespoon Applesauce 1 tablespoon Honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake oats in a single layer in a shallow pan 10 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring after 5 minutes.
Let cool on a wire rack 10 minutes.
Process oats in a blender or food processor 30 seconds or until finely ground.
Sift together flours, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl; stir in ground oats.
Whisk together eggs, milk, applesauce, and honey in a medium bowl; gently stir in oat mixture.
Cook batter in a preheated, sprayed waffle iron until golden.
