- 3 pound Beef
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 0.25 cup Tomatoes
- 0.25 cup Horseradish
- 0.5 cup Onions
- 0.25 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
Brown meat in oil in Dutch oven.
Pour off drippings.
Season meat with salt and pepper.
Add in tomato juice, horseradish and onion.
Cover and cook slowly 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
Remove meat to hot platter.
Combine flour with 1 c. water.
Add in to cooking liquid and cook, stirring constantly till thick.
Reduce heat and cook 3-5 min.
Serve gravy with meat.
