Ingredients
  

  • 3 pound Beef
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Horseradish
  • 0.5 cup Onions
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour

Instructions
 

  • Brown meat in oil in Dutch oven.
  • Pour off drippings.
  • Season meat with salt and pepper.
  • Add in tomato juice, horseradish and onion.
  • Cover and cook slowly 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
  • Remove meat to hot platter.
  • Combine flour with 1 c. water.
  • Add in to cooking liquid and cook, stirring constantly till thick.
  • Reduce heat and cook 3-5 min.
  • Serve gravy with meat.
