  • 0.25 pound Beef
  • 0.25 pound Butter
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Buttermilk

Instructions
 

  • Cover bottom of skillet with water.
  • Break beef into small pcs.
  • Boil.
  • Drain off water.
  • Push beef to side.
  • Add in butter, heat.
  • Add in flour a little at a time, it will be pasty.
  • Start pouring lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly.
  • It will become creamy.
  • Serve over toast.
