- 1 cup Buttermilk
Cover bottom of skillet with water.
Break beef into small pcs.
Boil.
Drain off water.
Push beef to side.
Add in butter, heat.
Add in flour a little at a time, it will be pasty.
Start pouring lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly.
It will become creamy.
Serve over toast.
