Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Tofu
  • 1 cup Sweetener
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1.3333333333333 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.75 cup Pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In food processor, blend tofu, sweetener, vanilla, oil, and cocoa powder.
  • Mix pecans with tofu mix.
  • If batter is too dry, add a splash of water.
  • Spoon into sprayed 8x8 cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
