- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Made From Soy
- 0.33333333333333 cup Water
- 2 quart Cabbage
Brown meat on all sides in lard; pour off drippings.
Add in pepper, soy sauce and water; cover tightly and cook slowly 3 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
Add in cabbage; steam 7 min.
Thicken cooking liquid for gravy, if you like.
