Crispy Baked Chicken Made With Instant Potatoes is one of my favorite shortcuts when I want something that tastes like I’ve been cooking all day! This clever dish combines crispy chicken with a savory potato crust, and I promise you, nobody will guess you used instant potatoes.
The real magic here is in coating that chicken with a mixture of instant potatoes and Parmesan cheese—it creates the most wonderful golden, crunchy exterior that stays tender inside. A little garlic powder and butter make sure every bite is packed with flavor that’ll have your family asking for seconds.
I love bringing this to the table because it’s such a crowd-pleaser, and it reminds me of simpler times when a good home-cooked meal brought everyone together. Whether it’s a weeknight dinner or you’re feeding a hungry bunch, this dish never fails to make people smile.
