Baked Beef Tenderloin With Diane Sauce is one of those elegant dishes that looks fancy but won’t keep you fussing in the kitchen all day long. I’ve made this for my family countless times, and it never fails to impress everyone at the table.
What makes this recipe so special is that beautiful Diane sauce—it comes together with beef broth, cornstarch, and sautéed onions to create something rich and restaurant-quality right in your own home. The beef itself stays so tender and juicy when you bake it properly, and that sauce just brings everything together perfectly.
This is the kind of dish I serve when I want to show my loved ones how much they mean to me without spending hours in the kitchen. I love seeing their faces light up when they taste that tender beef with that silky sauce—it’s comfort and elegance all on one plate.
